Shelf units and rail kits

ADseries shelves adjust on one-inch centers. Remove the two front bolts, tilt the shelf to disengage its rear studs, reposition the shelf, engage the studs and refit the bolts.

Rails are not included with shelf units and must be ordered separately. With the shelf lip facing up, the evenly distributed rating is 100 lb per shelf; with the lip facing down, it is 200 lb per shelf.

Shelf accessories and rail adapters

Prepunched shelves accept snap-in dividers and bolt-on drawers and door kits. The rail system allows repositioning without redrilling the van.

HAD hybrid shelving

The center two ADseries shelves have 2-inch lips and adjust in one-inch increments with a screwdriver.

HD heavy-duty shelving

HD shelving has KD adjustable shelves. Top and bottom shelves have 2-inch lips; the two center shelves have 4-inch lips. Shelf positions adjust in one-inch increments.

JD Jumbo Deep shelving

Available in 18- and 24-inch depths. Shelf gussets and floor rail provide reinforcement. 18-inch units contain one 14-inch and two 18-inch shelves; 24-inch units have square end panels and two shelves. Lips are 4 inches high.

Welded shelving

Welded back panels and contoured end panels; accepts dividers, door kits and drawer units.

16-inch-deep shelving

Contoured end panels and deeper shelves for Transit low-, medium- and high-roof applications. Top shelves are 12 inches deep on low-roof units or 13 inches on medium/high-roof units. Top-shelf capacity is 75 lb; middle and bottom shelf capacity is 125 lb, evenly distributed.

Source discrepancy: the medium/high-roof solid and conduit-cutout columns print identical model numbers. Confirm the required end-panel configuration; no alternative model suffix has been assumed.

Pipe and conduit trays

Source discrepancy: 80-FSV is described as a 10-foot tray while the same listing gives a width of 63.25 inches. Confirm its assembly configuration before selection.

Folding-shelf components

Storage modules are designed to fit over the wheel wells of low-roof Transit vans.

MD608 is illustrated with an optional 17A 6-shelf catalog file and floor rail kit. The brochure references package 5274TL.

Shelving and modules must be installed on the appropriate rail kit.

Tank cabinets

• Vented storage for propane, MAPP gas or CO2 tanks.
• Full door gasket, two snap latches, internal cradle and retaining straps; TA19 uses foam yokes.
• Floor vent and tubing are included for exhausting fumes.
• The cabinet overview lists propane tanks of 20, 30 or 40 lb, MAPP gas tanks of 6-1/2-inch diameter, and 20 lb CO2 cylinders. Confirm the appropriate cabinet for the cylinder being carried.

Shelf cabinets

• Available in 12- and 18-inch front-to-rear lengths.
• Can stand alone or stack with lockable drawer units; locking recessed T-handles stay out of the aisle.
• Open sides allow side-by-side combinations for items up to 35 inches long. An optional end panel closes the side.
• Removable adjustable shelf; top provides a surface for modular drawers, cabinets and bins.
• Gray powder-coated finish.

40 / 40H wheel-well cover cabinet

Open back and bottom enclose the rear wheel well. Locking recessed T-handles and gray powder-coated finish. Provides a surface for stacking modular equipment. Cabinet size: 42 W × 12.5 H × 14 L inches.

Cabinet lockers

Full-door lockers have a 46-inch-high storage space and three removable shelves. Reversible doors have locking recessed T-handles. The profile tapers from 14 to 12 inches front-to-back at the top and bottom.

Lock ’n Latch drawer modules

• Choose drawers open, retained or locked.
• Composite drawers with heavy-duty glides; drawers and glides can be repositioned within the cabinet.
• 2.5-inch-deep drawers include divided, removable ABS trays. Optional metal egg-crate dividers fit 5-inch-deep drawers.
• Steel outer cabinet measures 18 W × 12 H × 12 L inches.

Drawer components

High-impact polymer construction, drawer-retention stops, two dividers and seven divider slots per drawer. Interlocking units can stack up to two high or combine horizontally. Capacity: 5 lb per drawer.

Locking hinge-and-hasp drawer units

Welded drawers with reinforced slides. Accept a padlock, not included, and optional metal egg-crate dividers. Model 2 cabinet: 18 W × 24 H × 18 L inches. Model 8 cabinet: 18 W × 18 H × 12 L inches.

Impact-resistant portable parts cases have adjustable dividers, see-through lids and snap latches.

First-aid kit is not included. Dimensions follow the order printed in the catalog.

Transit Tech Desk consoles

• Mounts between the front seats.
• Two USB ports, non-slip lid tray and internal organization.
• Lockable lid and interior LED lights.

Center-console desks

Steel construction with hinged worktop, key-locking paddle handle and lid-mounted paper clip. Secures to the cab floor between the seats and can be removed for service. Overall size: 6.7 W × 18.3 H × 22.3 D inches.

Slot racks mount on a partition or other vertical surface.

Floor drawer construction

• 14-gauge steel outer cabinets with top channel cross-supports.
• Double-sidewall drawers accommodate items up to 48 inches long.
• Anti-slam latch prevents full closure without positive latch activation.
• Heavy-duty grab handle and push-button lock.
• Front conveyor roller, rear hardened-steel roller bearings and powder-coated finish.
• Install at side or rear doors; units can be stacked.

WRH5 5-bar spool holder

Five removable bars hold wire spools up to 6 inches in diameter. Mounts to shelf ends or another vertical surface. Overall size: 12 W × 25 H × 4 D inches.

Contoured wire screens have a non-glare gray powder-coated finish. Confirm the screen against the actual door configuration.

Snap-in bins

Bins fit ADseries shelving, nest for transport to the work site and accept a front label. Each bin accepts one optional divider.

The Ford source incorrectly labels SBIN120614 as a divider. The supplied RAM catalog identifies it as the 12 × 6 × 14-inch bin; SBINDIV is the divider.

EZLoad tank racks

Modular racks accommodate the listed 30 lb, 50 lb and acetylene tank combinations. The system can mount facing the aisle or side door; the brochure also describes rear- or side-door installation at a 45-degree angle.

1ACTR and 2ACTR are designed as top units, not for standalone use. Confirm the tank rack and tray location; vehicle contours can prevent a tray fitting in some interior positions.

Trays, holders, hooks, steps and work surfaces

The final size column is width, depth and height in inches, in that order. A dash indicates no dimension was listed. For 66881 the source lists 24-inch width and 18-inch depth only.
