Adjustable shelves and mounting rails

ADseries shelves adjust in one-inch increments. Remove the two front bolts from the speed-nut clips, tilt the shelf up to disengage the rear studs, reposition it, engage the studs and reinstall the bolts.

Shelving rails are not included with shelf units and must be ordered separately. Shelf load ratings are 100 lb per shelf with the lip facing up, or 200 lb with the lip facing down, evenly distributed.

The rail system permits shelving to be repositioned without redrilling the van. The 6-inch end-panel knockout provides 48 inches of floor space for 4 × 8 sheet goods; the brochure lists up to 22 sheets of 1/4-inch drywall or a combination of thicknesses.

Dividers, door kits, rail adapters and replacement shelves

Prepunched shelf holes accept snap-in dividers and bolt-on drawer units and door kits. Accessories may require the listed rail adapter or end-panel mounting bracket.

JD Jumbo Deep shelving

• Available in 18- and 24-inch depths; gussets and a floor rail reinforce the units.
• 18-inch-deep units contain one 14-inch and two 18-inch shelves.
• 24-inch-deep units have square end panels and two shelves.
• Shelf lips are 4 inches high.

HD heavy-duty shelving

Contoured end panels, shelf gussets and a full floor rail. Includes a 12-inch-deep top tray with a 2-inch lip and two 14-inch-deep shelves with 4-inch lips. Shelves adjust on one-inch centers.

KD shelving

KD shelves adjust on one-inch centers. The 33W has welded, contoured end panels, two welded shelves and three adjustable shelves.

Welded 3-shelf units

The brochure lists 32-, 42- and 50-inch lengths. Features include welded back panels, contoured end panels and shelves that accept dividers, door kits and drawer units. The profile drawing labels 46 inches overall height and 14 inches depth, with additional shelf callouts of 7, 12-1/4, 12-1/4 and 13 inches.

Drawer-component shelves

Bolt to DC6 and DC12 drawer components. Available in 18-, 24- and 36-inch widths, with a 1-inch shelf lip.

Accessories

Storage modules are designed to fit over the wheel wells of GM full-size vans.

MD608 is illustrated with an optional 17A 6-shelf catalog file and floor rail kit. The brochure references package 5274TL.

Tank cabinets

• Vented storage for propane, MAPP gas or CO2 tanks.
• Full door gasket, two snap latches, internal cradle and retaining straps; TA19 uses foam yokes.
• Floor vent and tubing are included for exhausting fumes.
• The cabinet overview lists propane tanks of 20, 30 or 40 lb, MAPP gas tanks of 6-1/2-inch diameter, and 20 lb CO2 cylinders. Confirm the appropriate cabinet for the cylinder being carried.

Shelf cabinets

• Available in 12- and 18-inch front-to-rear lengths.
• Can stand alone or stack with lockable drawer units; locking recessed T-handles stay out of the aisle.
• Open sides allow side-by-side combinations for items up to 35 inches long. An optional end panel closes the side.
• Removable adjustable shelf; top provides a surface for modular drawers, cabinets and bins.
• Gray powder-coated finish.

40 wheel-well cover cabinet

Open back and bottom enclose the rear wheel well. Locking recessed T-handles and gray powder-coated finish. Provides a surface for stacking modular equipment. Cabinet size: 42 W × 12.5 H × 14 L inches.

Cabinet lockers

Full-door lockers have a 46-inch-high storage space and three removable shelves. The overview also describes short-door lockers with a 33-inch-high space and two shelves. Reversible doors have locking recessed T-handles. The profile tapers from 14 to 12 inches front-to-back at the top and bottom.

Lock ’n Latch drawer modules

• Choose drawers open, retained or locked.
• Composite drawers with heavy-duty glides; drawers and glides can be repositioned within the cabinet.
• 2.5-inch-deep drawers include divided, removable ABS trays. Optional metal egg-crate dividers fit 5-inch-deep drawers.
• Steel outer cabinet measures 18 W × 12 H × 12 L inches.

Drawer components

High-impact polymer construction, drawer-retention stops, two dividers and seven divider slots per drawer. Interlocking units can stack up to two high or combine horizontally. Capacity: 5 lb per drawer.

Locking hinge-and-hasp drawer units

Welded drawers with reinforced slides. Accept a padlock, not included, and optional metal egg-crate dividers. Model 2 cabinet: 18 W × 24 H × 18 L inches. Model 8 cabinet: 18 W × 18 H × 12 L inches.

Portable parts cases

Impact-resistant cases with adjustable dividers and see-through lids secured by snap latches.

Single and double case holders add case storage to existing shelves. CH-EP and CHPPC5SM have slanted shelves and a tray for an optional first-aid kit; the first-aid kit is not included. CHPPC4S includes four PPCS cases and retaining lips on each shelf.

Tech Desk center console

• Non-slip lid tray and internal organization surfaces.
• Ignition-triggered USB ports and interior LED lighting.

Snap-in bins

6- and 12-inch bins fit ADseries shelves. Bins nest for transport or storage, accept front labels and accommodate one optional divider each.

Floor mats

3/16-inch rubber with a diamond-corrugated pattern, die-cut for wheel wells. The catalog states compliance with flammability test MVSS 302. Side stepwells and seat pedestals may need trimming.

Refrigerant tank racks

30 lb and 50 lb tank racks can be positioned for side- or rear-door access. The brochure describes stacking in high-roof vans. Confirm rack and tray locations: vehicle contours can prevent a tray fitting in some interior positions.

Cargo accessories

WRH5 5-bar spool holder

Five removable bars hold wire spools up to 6 inches in diameter. Mounts to shelf ends or another vertical surface. Overall size: 12 W × 25 H × 4 D inches.
